Comprises of:-
All on ground level:

- large lounge with duel aspect windows and
French doors
- double bedroom
- 2 x twin bedrooms
- bathroom with large shower, basin and w.c.
Services:- all fuel and
electric included, duvets and bedding.
Utilities:- oil fired central heating,
electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with
Freeview and DVD.
Outside:- patio area with BBQ, large
lawned area, and ample parking.
Cot and highchair if required.

This cottage can be booked with The Old Dairy for larger parties,
subject to availability.

Notes:
Week-long
breaks are from Fridays to
Fridays. Cottages should be vacated by no later that 10 am on the day
of departure and, so that we can have everything ready for you, we ask
that you arrive no earlier than 4.00 pm on your first day. If, due to
unforeseen circumstances, you may be very late in arriving, please
phone us to let us know so that we can be here to greet you.
There
is no ramped wheelchair access to either cottage.
Both
cottages are strictly No Smoking and we cannot take pets.
If you would like us to pre-order groceries for you ready for when you
arrive, please ask us in good time before your visit starts.
